ABOUT CORA Beauty, Artistry & Experience Hi, I’m Cora Downing, a licensed and certified esthetician and professional makeup artist serving Northwest Indiana. With 14 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve built my career around enhancing natural beauty and creating looks that make my clients feel confident, beautiful, and completely themselves. My professional education began at Tricoci University of Beauty Culture, where I received my esthetics training. From there, I continued to expand my expertise through specialized education and advanced training. I am professionally trained and certified in makeup artistry through Make Up First, a premier professional makeup school. My passion for makeup has led me to specialize in everything from soft, timeless beauty to flawless airbrush makeup for weddings, special occasions, and photoshoots. In 2017, I completed my Microblading training here in the United States and continued my education internationally by traveling to Colombia, where I trained in additional techniques and advanced approaches to permanent makeup. I believe that continuing education is essential in an ever-evolving beauty industry, and I’m committed to continually learning and refining my craft. CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost. No-Shows & Late Arrivals: Failing to appear, or arriving more than 15 minutes late, is considered a no-show and will incur a 100% fee. (Note: Bridal packages are subject to a separate contract and cancellation policy.) Bridal Cancellation: The $150 retainer is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the client cancels. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will not incur any additional cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event date will be subject to an additional $200 cancellation fee. Any payments made above the retainer and applicable cancellation fee will be refunded according to the terms outlined.
